Standards, Starting from VI std. Rule of language should also be made compulsory for the students during English periods. Interesting and innovative; creative and communicative; participative and practical means and methods could be used in teaching English. Periodic training programmes (atleast twice a year) for all the teachers handling English up to X Std. could be conducted, at the Province level or at the regional level. Travel expenses will be borne by each school. Expenses for the programme will be met by the Province. These programmes aim at strengthening the competency in English of the teachers and train them in new methods and techniques in teaching English
